These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of our tours.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings and Reservations

• Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance is due at the moment of pick-up at your lodging location

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received in time.

2. Payment

• We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, wire transfer and PayPal.

• All prices are listed in US Dollar and are subject to change without notice.

• Any additional surcharges will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations are subject to the following fees:

  • 24 hour or more before departure time: full refund of deposit.

  • Less than 24 hour before departure time: Cancellation fee 100% of deposit

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp through our online portal.

• This cancellation policy applies to all travelers booked on the tour.

4. Changes and Cancellations by Us

• In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions / natural disasters, unrest), we may need to cancel or modify your tour.

• We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options, such as a rebooking on a different date or a full refund.

• We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to a tour cancellation

 

5. Tour Information and Itinerary

• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website and tour descriptions.

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any significant changes in advance.

• Prices do not include meals (unless explicitly stated), optional activities, travel insurance, or personal expenses.

6. Accommodation

• Demonstrations and amenities may vary depending on availability.

• We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, but these cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We act as a tour operator and cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the tour.

• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover these unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather events, traffic delays)

8. Customer Special Requests

• We welcome any special requests regarding dietary restrictions or accessibility needs.

• Please note that we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests.

9. Safety

• It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating in the tour activities.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior poses a threat to themselves or others.

• Please follow all safety instructions provided by our tour guides.

10. Behavior and Code of Conduct

• We expect all participants to treat each other and our staff with respect.

• Disruptive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your tour participation without refund.

11. Complaints

• If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide immediately.

• We will try our best to resolve the issue promptly.

• If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit a formal complaint in writing within [number] days after the tour concludes.

12. Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your personal information.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic

14. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taino Valley Tropical Park SRL regarding your use of our website and booking of our tours.
